Food...It is luscious, comfort, delicious, easy, enjoyment, healthful, rich in flavor, relaxing with friends and family, a simple meal by yourself. There are so many things that I think of when I am planning on preparing a meal. And I wanted to share that with others, others that have the passion already or that really haven't tapped into their potential.

I have been cooking since I was 5 years old. I truly love being in the kitchen, there is peace and enjoyment there for me. I have been exposed to many different regional foods over the years and in turn have created recipes from my experience. As well as what I learned from my mother.
I really enjoy going to the market, and I have always been able to put together a meal using what I have on hand, and it being just delicious. This publication has been put together for you, to be a learning and tasteful experience. And as always. Enjoy!!
